You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Solutions and Programme Planning Office (ISPPO), you are responsible to plan, manage, co-design and implement innovative population health projects via smart technological solutions such as wearables, artificial intelligence and machine learning. We collaborate across internal and external stakeholders in a multiple-pronged approach in programme offering to pioneer new technology solutions in transforming preventive health & health promotion initiatives.
As a key member of Partners Programme Team, you will jointly manage a digital product throughout the product life cycle and product/ content development to meet Singapore residents’ health and lifestyle needs. You will lead to refresh the product vision and strategy, align digital product roadmap, new features and content to HPB’s business goals and while coordinating product release cycles with various teams.
You’ll be responsible to foster a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners by achieving win-win resolutions. You will collaborate with teams to design and develop digital programmes and identify areas of opportunities. As the main lead to align and content and product development (especially in areas of lifestyle behaviours such as exercise, nutrition, mental health), you will work closely to consult internal teams in ensuring relevant health content to cater for Singapore residents, and optimising content and product delivery. With the best public health interests, you will align stakeholders throughout product life-cycles, define project scope, track progress and milestones, conduct UATs to optimise value and benefits for programme.
And last but not the least, you’ll set up, facilitate and provide staff work for regular meetings between teams and management which includes project roadmap planning, value proposition, identify potential roadblocks early, understand implications and escalate to stakeholders to advance the programme.
