You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Solutions and Programme Planning Office (ISPPO), you are responsible to plan, manage, co-design and implement innovative population health projects via smart technological solutions such as wearables, artificial intelligence and machine learning. We collaborate across internal and external stakeholders in a multiple-pronged approach in programme offering to pioneer new technology solutions in transforming preventive health & health promotion initiatives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a key member of Partners Programme Team, you will manage and nurture relationship with our partner. You will act as the primary liaison from HPB on strategic partnership on contracts, agreements, potential new areas of development and ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution with alignment to HPB’s business goals. You will oversee negotiation, management and execution of contracts and align with company policies and mitigate risks.

You’ll be responsible to foster a strategic and strong relationship with partners by seeking to understand and align partner’s business goals and interests to HPB’s objectives, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction. You will collaborate with teams to optimise programme effectiveness and identify areas of opportunities, resolve disputes and modifications. You will draft, review, negotiate related contracts, agreements (data security, data privacy, finance, research collaboration, etc) with partners and teams to ensure adherence and compliance to contractual obligations and deliverables. Align stakeholders throughout product lifecycles to achieve win-win resolutions by providing data-backed insights and recommendations to optimise value and benefits for programme.

And last but not the least, you’ll set up, facilitate and provide staff work for regular meetings between management which includes curating agenda, preparing materials representing different perspectives and recommendations to advance the product or programme.

BE PART OF THE TEAM

Join us if you are a highly self-motivated individual who has at least 7 - 8 years of relevant working experience in product or programme management, operations, events and project management, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

  • competencies in understand and strategise business needs against competing trade-offs, and leverage data for decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with good analytical, planning and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey, engage and influence stakeholders towards desired product and programme outcomes
  • an appreciation and understanding of digital product management, product life cycle, data management/ architecture, data privacy as part of account management

Please note this is a 2-years contract role.
