Responsibilities Design promotion strategies and guided channel products for the Shopping Center, and drive business GMV and order growth. Utilize deep understanding of the characteristics and trends of the e-commerce industry, to provide industry marketing strategies and implement them through product mechanisms. Analyze US market users, deeply explore user needs, and improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven marketing strategies. Understand the market environment, being sensitive to competitor strategies and growth, and being competitive. Take data-driven approach leading product design, including product planning, requirement analysis, architecture design, solution delivery, efficient coordination among operations, development, design, and data teams, driving product launches, continuous iteration, and product operations. Optimize basic experience and continuously expand business scenarios based on different business characteristics and diverse strategies. Propose innovative strategies based on the characteristics of platform users, continuously meet business growth requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and managing the execution of product development and deployment roadmaps; Designing and executing multi-stage Go-To-Market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit; Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy; Liaising between business and engineering stakeholders to gather and translate functional and technical product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams for product design and development, and partnering with sales teams to develop revenue goals and strategies; and Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.
