Responsibilities:
- Support key financial processes and procedures (P&L and Balance Sheet creation incl. order entry, sales, manufacturing & SG&A costs, headcount, inventory, net working capital and fixed asset control)
- Ensure smooth and correct financial operations through continuous monitoring and proactive collaboration with affected departments
- Identify process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Owner for Operations Controlling
- Support GPO, IT and local entities in solution design and project implementation
- Document as-is and to-be processes and business requirements
- Develop, execute, and document test scripts and test cases
- Ensure knowledge transfer to local organizations, by collaborating with local Key-User, project teams and GPM Organization and performing of training sessions
- Drive rollout of company process template and IT solutions in the Controlling area
- Execute business readiness tests, support hypercare phase, and monitor implementation status and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies of business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a finance management position in Plant- / Production Controlling, ideally with an international production-oriented company
- SAP knowledge at least 5 years and acting as Key-User / process expert for FiCo (for production entities with focus on SAP CO applications)
- Project experience – as project team member or stream lead in SAP rollout projects
- End to end business process (e.g. order to cash) and SAP knowledge (SD, PP, MM etc.) would be a major advantage;
- You are an analytical-conceptual person with clear implementation orientation and hands-on mentality
- You have a professional appearance and fluent communication skills in German and English
- You have excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel abroad
