Our Internship Program will provide you with a unique opportunity to work on real-life projects with top specialists in the field. You will be assigned a Mentor who will support your growth and development.

As OTC Intern in Smith+Nephew Finance you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient Order to Cash processes as well as for following the designed control metrics as described in the S+N Finance Order to Cash taxonomy.

Planned start date: 1st of July 2025

Program length: 12 months

Location: S+N Office Wroclaw, Poland (hybrid)

As OTC Intern you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate customer’s queries with the relevant departments for dispute resolution
• Manage customer administration needs to help them pay the invoices (send account statement, dunning letter, provide invoice copy when required);
• Contact customers to collect outstanding debt (phone, e-mail). Ensure that payment terms are met and follow up of overdue amounts.
• Allocate of payments and reconcile accounts.
• Proactively build relationships with the customer, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution

What will you need to be successful?

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Intermediate Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Openness and team spirit
