About The Role

We are looking for an experienced senior engineer who familiar with test cases, test scenario for server industry. This position offers room for professional growth within our team.

What You Will Do

• Create strategic test plans, including defined scope. schedule planning, resource, material allocation.
• Track and report progress with defect management system, test management system.
• Perform the test to determine firmware quality of BIOS and BMC.
• Collaborate with software developers to developed test cases and integrate them into automation test suite.
• Complete automated testing, design, develop and build test plan to validate BIOS and BMC.
• Improve existing test cases by increasing coverage and strategy.
• Communicate test requirement and goal with stakeholder.
• Collaborate with team members to study about new projects, provide each other with technical insight.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in firmware validation field.
• Familiar with Python, Bash, and Batch script languages.
