Drive process improvements in the Test Mark Scan Pack (TMSP) area, focusing on productivity, quality, and KPIs. You'll set up indicators, monitor data, and implement control plans to manage deviations, while providing technical support to manufacturing and owning technical documentation.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Drive relevant Test Mark Scan Pack (TMSP) process engineering on productivity (NLoP), Quality (NLoZD) and KPIs (SI, FAR, SCAR, DDM).
  • Responsible for setup effective indicators, data reporting, monitoring and driving improvement in Test area.
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing to execute timely disposition of DDM. Responsible to make accurate decisions based on technical knowhow, methodical problem solving & risk management methods.
  • Implement control plans such as APC & Out of Control action plans to monitor and manage deviations.
  • Owner of technical documentation e.g. Process control, PFMEA, SOP and to ensure accuracy of information, as well as perform periodic review and update.
  • Accountable for 8D closure of deviation management systems including FAR, SCAR and MRB.
  • Initiate projects to improve streamline processes to become leaner, faster while ensuring high level of quality, productivity and safety.
  • Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyze &understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify andre-validate.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical Test Process Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge on SPC, MSA for process control and quality improvement.
  • Experienced in commonality analysis technics, 5 Whys analysis, Fault tree analysis (FTA), Error free of corrective action and preventive reoccurrence.
  • Knowledge and certification in Lean 6 Sigma would be added advantage.
  • Good English writing, speaking and presentation skills.
  • Essential computer skills MS office, computer programming, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skill, able to work with cross functional team.
