What you'll be doing

The Intern will support the Southern European sales team of distribution, structuring and execution of investment solutions (ie structured products, funds,

bonds), taking care of the analysis of the products, supporting senior members of the team in the definition, offering and issuance process, and also

cooperating with other functions of the division (Trading, Structuring, Legal, Compliance).

The candidate will be involved in daily business activities and will play an active role in all the transactional phases, from the origination/structuring to the

internal approvals and execution. While performing the daily business activities, the candidate will follow all the various phases of the lifecycle of structured products and will take care of the

preparation of products documents, including marketing material (flyers, presentations).

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has an outstanding academic track record with knowledge of structured products (covered warrant and certificates), derivatives (options

and futures), equity markets and bonds

  • Self-starter with can-do attitude, effective interpersonal skills complete the profile
  • Ability to deliver results in dynamic business environment
  • good knowledge of investment solutions (ETFs, bonds, stocks, funds) and derivatives
  • good communication skills in both oral and written
  • good analytical skills
  • IT skills: advanced power point and excel, with digital mindset – VBA not required but nice to have
  • fluent in Italian and English both oral and written as job is performed in the international environment
  • innovative mindset (knowledge about fintech, new distribution channels, neo brokers not required but nice to have
