Solutions Consultantの主な業務は、New Relicの営業、Technial Account Manager、 Technical Support Engineerやマーケティングチームなどと共に、クラス最高のNew Relicソリューションをお客様のビジネスに効果的に活用頂くためのご提案や、素晴らしい機能をきちんと活用して頂くための技術的な支援することです。
当社のSolutions Consultantとして、さまざまな業界やシステムに対する技術的なサポートをすることで、お客様のビジネスニーズや市場動向を把握することができます。当社の持つSaaSソリューションの販売に関する豊富な知見や、セールスサイクルの全フェーズを理解するとともに、現場のセールスをサポートするSolutions Consultantを求めています。他のSolutions Consultantや製品チームと協力して、お客様のITインフラストラクチャやソフトウェアアーキテクチャを理解すると共に、お客様のビジネスニーズを解決するソリューションを作成し、New Relicのソリューションがリアルタイムでこうしたニーズにどのように対応しているかを確認していきます。
