What's the role?

What does the role involve?

• Design and implement automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects in software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and testing needs.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on software specifications and user requirements.
• Execute automated tests and ensure comprehensive coverage of test cases.
• Monitor and analyze test results, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain testing frameworks and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

What you need is:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering / Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar QA role.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and automation tools such as Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, or C# for test automation.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of API automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering concepts ( Mechanical / Civil engineering ).
• Good to have understanding of BDD concepts in Automation.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively
