What you´ll do

  • You are a trusted business partner in credit and finance controlling topics for all divisions to support optimal financial steering and effective decision-making
  • You conduct risk management while enabling sales and avoiding bad debts
  • You are the ambitious co-driver of the financial reporting and analysis with analytical excellence, precision, insight and professional objectivity
  • You proactively provide critical insights through financial modelling and variance analysis & develop suggestions for improvement to your stakeholders incl. (top) management
  • You are curious to explore different fields of expertise and shape your career with trainings, rotation, and development programs taking on challenging opportunities across the world

What makes you a good fit

  • Educational Background: Academic degree in business administrations, specialization in Finance / Accounting / Controlling
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Finance
  • Technical Skills: Aside proficiency in SAP-FI/CO, you are eager to continuously adopt new tools, you strive for an AI-enhanced workstyle, apply advanced excel skills and embrace working with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Other Skills: Solid know-how of IFRS, business understanding
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English language (at least B2)
  • Independent Solution Driver: You are used to take initiative as efficient self-starter with strong solution-orientation and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Engaging Presenter: You have a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solutions
  • Constructive Debater: You are known to communicate your ideas clearly and are not afraid to challenge assumptions and incur healthy conflicts

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
