What you´ll do

  • Edit and adapt artwork assets for printed packaging, ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Conduct quality checks on finalized designs to guarantee they meet production requirements
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including verifying artwork functionality using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Organize and tag artwork files in SharePoint or our Digital Asset Management system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source and check files for accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in one-on-one job shadowing to develop your skills in graphic design, typesetting, and prepress processes
  • Compile folders with complete source files and final outputs for easy reference and future use

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Fine Arts, Multimedia arts, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related courses
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) is required
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications ideally familiar with the agile working methodology
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills; Must be technically capable, team-player and with continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage data information
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
