This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site installation, testing & commissioning of LV products, including mainly EV chargers and ABB ability digital solutions
- Perform other field service activities including identifying problems, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for LV products
- Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners, perform service works according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards, perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities
- Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service. Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list
- Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition, ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries
Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in LV products and services
- Good command of written English and intermediate/upper intermediate level of spoken English
- Team worker, professional, communicate effectively and customer oriented, proficient in planning and organizational skills
- Ability to travel frequently, a valid driving license
