How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure the safety of test processes and equipment.
• Complete routine product testing, such as insulation and mechanical testing.
• Analyze test data to identify root causes of product quality issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, reports, quality analysis documents, and delivery certificates.
• Propose and implement test plans for new products, using new technologies for optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to conduct factory customer acceptance tests.
• Work with production, design engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Train operators or junior technicians in test procedures and safety protocols.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, with a solid understanding of electric circuits and dielectric theory.
• Proficiency in English (CET-SET6 or equivalent); exceptional English listening and speaking skills preferred.
• High voltage electrician certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel for short periods (up to two weeks).
• Proficiency in office software; data processing programming skills preferred.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
• Authorized to write, check, and approve project testing reports.
