Management Trainee Program in Finance by L'Oréal

Our Management Trainee Program is open again offering a tremendous opportunity to work in financial analysis and develop the skills of the future. In this role, working closely with the Controlling team, you will build and monitor financial budget and trends and collaborate with marketing/commercial teams by providing finance performance analysis for specific brands/channel/customers.

What will be your job actually?

You will:

• Execute, report and follow up budget, financial trends and actuals finance results in line with Group’s standards, guidelines and deadlines.
• Drive data quality & controls on your area of responsibility by leverage financial systems usage (SAP, BOOST, COMPASS).
• Collaborate with marketing/commercial stakeholders by analyzing division brands/channels/customers finance performance against T/B and/or forecast and propose actions to maintain budgetary objectives.
• Actively contribute to the Finance transformation journey to optimize processes, enhance efficiency and drive financial performance resulting in value creation for the organization.

Who are we looking for?

• A Finance graduate with ideally two-years work experience
• Advanced computer skills, agility in finance reporting tools (Magnitude, SAP, Contacts) will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & perfect execution, focused on problem-solving
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders with strong emphasis on teamwork
• Strong communication (Greek & English) and interpersonal skills
• Adventurous, driven with entrepreneurial spirit; a creative problem solver, naturally curious to explore the jobs of the future, with an open mind
