Job Description
The (Sr.) Contract & Non-Financial Post Award Administrator will provide guidance to a broad spectrum of constituencies, advising faculty, administrators, department chairs, deans, and institutional leadership of compliance mandates, policy, Federal initiatives, and external award terms and conditions. Externally each team member will interact directly with the policy and program offices of external sponsors. These contacts include representatives from Federal agencies, institutions of higher education, foreign entities, corporations and foundations, and state agencies.
The (Sr.) Contract & Non-Financial Post Award Administrator is authorized to make commitments, negotiate awards; review and approve changes to sponsored program awards; and interpret sponsor guidelines and regulations. Be able to communicate clearly with the sponsoring agencies, faculty, and department administrators on complex matters and provide guidance to resolution.

Title and salary commensurate with relevant experience based on the following hiring range:
Sr. Assistant Director: 5+ years relevant experience: $87,900 - $109,900
Assistant Director: 3-5 years relevant experience: $79,600 - $99,550
Administrator: 0-3 years relevant experience: $70,500 - $88,150
Requirements
This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in a professional manner. This position must have the capacity to educate and train individuals with varying levels of experience in sponsored program administration. This position must be capable of managing multiple tasks and working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Overall, the candidate for this position must exhibit the following:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ professional experience in a central OSP environment. Experience should include working with multiple constituencies. Working knowledge of the industry and standards. Experience negotiating grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and subawards preferred.
