Responsibilities: 1. Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities 3. Manage partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, Internship with operation-related work experience - Good communication and coordination skills and strong empathy, master the operation methodology of creators and KOL. - Excellent negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration and integration capabilities, and have the ability to create and package influential events. - Clear logic, strong execution ability, data analysis ability, strong self-drive, and certain ability to resist pressure. Preferred Qualifications - Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team. - experience in lifestyle business is preferred.
