About the role:
Leap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential brand customers, nurturing leads, and setting up qualified business opportunities for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Leap’s expansion and build relationships with key decision-makers in the retail space. This individual is a goal-oriented, curious, and data-driven person who will drive awareness and interest from modern brands to our Platform.
This role is leveled as an L2.
Location:
This role will report to the Manager, Business Development based out of New York. We support a hybrid office culture, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

Salary Range Transparency
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. This role is commission-eligible with on-target earnings up to 100% of salary. All corporate roles are eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level and experience.
