Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including beauty, fashion, food, travel, home and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.
Responsibility:
1. Support the end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery, report, and analysis.
2. Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success.
3. Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo/video) to improve platform content quality and create external-facing graphics/visuals when needed.
4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Advertising, Marketing or communication is preferred
2. Able to communicate in fluent written and spoken English.
2. Logical thinking, skillful in communication, and responsible at work, a quick learner who works under big volume.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have flexibility to work for a longer period of time are highly preferred
