The Finance Data & Automation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the integration of data analytics, automation, and machine learning technologies to enhance financial processes and decision-making. What will your job look like?

• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven financial strategies.
• Oversee the automation of financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize machine learning models to forecast financial trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals and data scientists.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in finance and data science.

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, data analytics, and automation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in finance.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and financial software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
