You are a PLM Functional Expert responsible for the administration, evolution, and optimization of the PLM system to ensure efficient product life-cycle management of the company products. You gather business requirements, configure and enhance the system, support daily business usage, works with the technical support services, support the migration of legacy systems, and train users.

You play a key role in improving industrial processes, managing PLM projects, and monitoring technological advancements.

You will be part of the Information Systems team, reporting to the transnational PLM Manager and you will be part of a transnational team of expert both in the technical and functional aspects of a PLM software management.

The position is based in Turin, full time and require traveling to other production sites in Europe.

Experience in:

• Functional and Project management skills.
• PLM solutions applied to discrete manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Architecture, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity principles
• Effective communication

Competence required:

• Deep knowledge of PLM systems and its links with MES and ERP
• Project management
• Mid-term planning and team organization, including Make or Buy strategy - Efficient communication with business users, employees, contractors
• Teamwork with leadership skills, Agile methodology and management of change. - Budget definition, follow-up and optimization
• Management of contractors on a service oriented manner
• Domain overall architecture management, including application portfolio optimization
• Knowledge Windchill platform
• Programming Languages (HTML, JavaScript, Java Language J2EE)
• Windows and Linux operating systems
• Data Bases (Microsoft, Oracle/SQL)
• Virtualized infrastructures
• Network principles (domain and business networks, IT/OT segregations)
• DevOps

Fluency in English is a must. French would be considered as a plus
