Job Description:

• Driving Korea/Japan firstmile initiatives - system integration to 3rd party vendor management to ensure superb buyer experience by providing better visibility in the parcel delivery
• Managing Korea/Japan transit warehouse vendors - negotiating rates, ensuring service quality level 
• Managing end-to-end cross-border logistics-related scope, including but not limited to line haul, and B2B and B2C customs clearance from Korea to destination countries with overseeing last mile
• Driving key projects, including logistics cost economics improvement(e.g. lowering rate per unit, making smaller the unit or volume consolidation etc) and lead time reduction initiatives, coordinating with various departments and other regional offices for a smooth operation and impact
• Main PIC to open/launch new channel - rate card design, PnL impact study for multiple options to suggest the best option/route with data analysis and industry knowledge
• Communicating & educating both internal and external stakeholders on any new logistics-related processes and policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in cross-border logistics and ecommerce industry involving B2C/B2B2C parcel deliveries
• Experience in Southeast Asia markets' import regulations will be advantageous
• Logical problem-solving skillsare highly required to identify key issues and options we can take 
• Proficiency in verbal/written English to facilitate dynamic collaboration with stakeholders across the region, supported by strong communication skills
• Good team player who exhibits a “doer” attitude 
• Data management/analysis skills needed
