Main Tasks 

  • Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
  • Develop new process and plan new layout;
  • Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup and qualification
  • New product feasibility and industrialization
  • Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
  • Improve performance of production line, such as output, scrap cost
  • Analyze quality issue and failure mode
  • Support on customer audit

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering

Professional Experience & skills 

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly ;
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 suppliers
  • Good command of written and oral English
  • Good communication skills, team work spirit and self-awareness.
