The CP Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with indirect channel partners within the cardiopulmonary product segment. This role involves strategic planning, executing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment between channel partners and the company's objectives. The incumbent must have a proven track record in capital equipment sales, demonstrating deep market knowledge and the ability to effectively manage indirect sales channels to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Role purpose and key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with indirect sales channels, ensuring effective communication, training, and alignment of business strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain and enhance market leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (marketing, operations, clinical, etc.) and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular business reviews with indirect channel partners to monitor performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and pipeline management.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to indirect sales partners, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements and qualifications you will need to be successful

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
