We are seeking a Lead Designer to oversee oversee the completion of heat tracing systems in alignment with customer specifications. This role involves managing engineering hours, defining manpower requirements, and ensuring project efficiency. The Lead Designer will collaborate with the Project Manager (when assigned) and serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and define design criteria.
• Lead technical aspects, including setup and tool selection.
• Communicate project requirements to the team.
• Monitor scope changes and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project documentation and design folder structure.
• Support the development of global and regional procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heat tracing design, manufacturing or EPC.
• English (intermediate or advanced) proficiency is required.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in heat tracing design, piping & insulation systems, electricity, and P&IDs.
• Ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management and ability to mentor team members.
• Adaptability, innovation, and ability to manage change effectively. skills.
