The Director, Segment Marketing is responsible for building and executing localized marketing programs that create and accelerate pipeline for the region. This leader will have a high degree of autonomy in tailoring global marketing initiatives for local markets across the UK, DACH region, France, and APAC — with expansion into additional regions as the business grows.
They will develop and scale an ABM function, own field event execution, and drive deep alignment with sales.

The Director, Segment Marketing, EMEA and APAC plays a crucial role in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth for our strategic regions. This role is a "player-coach"—responsible for planning and executing marketing programs for targeted accounts in EMEA while also acting as a team lead for four segment marketers in EMEA and APAC.
This leader will own regional marketing strategy and execution of field events, ABM, and localized digital campaigns to support EMEA sales objectives and will provide oversight of the APAC segment marketing. They will work closely with global marketing teams to align campaigns with local market needs and serve as a key advocate for EMEA and APAC sellers, ensuring that global marketing efforts effectively support regional goals.
The role is highly cross-functional, working closely with the regional Sales Leader, the GM of EMEA and APAC, and other segment sales leaders in the region.
