Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABB´s business units. Each day, you will lead and facilitate the execution of one or more Research and Development (R&D) sub-projects of limited complexity. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes. 1.As project manager, lead R&D project team and manage project process smoothly according to plan, within budget and delivery on time 2. Cooperate with other departments and other TCs and LBU/GPGs in order to finish project on time and target 3.Participate MV switchgear R&D work according to project requirement, including mechanical components and electrical components 3D and 2D design, prepare related project document. 4. Lead or conduct related analysis and simulation during product development, experiences of quality tools (such as DFM/A, FMEA, TRIZ) and mechanical and electrical simulations. 5.Guide or participate prototype manufacturing and type tests. 6. Be responsible for problem analysis and solving of product technical related issues, providing technical support.

Qualifications for the role

• Qualifications for the role
• 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 5 years’ experience in power products (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, High voltage, apparatus),
• 2.Rich knowledge of power system, medium voltage switchgear and relevant IEC/GB/DL standards
• 3.Well know MS office tools, SolidWorks, Auto-CAD and simulation tool and other related,
• 4.Familiar with manufacture processes of various parts
• 5.Be good at oral and written English
• 6.Good communication and presentation skills
• 7.Teamwork spirit and be able to adapt to cross-cultural working environment, to take responsibility and pressure.
• 8.Agile thinking, with innovative spirit and consciousness.
