Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our Digital Customer Insights initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning digital metrics across our reporting platforms, transforming complex data into actionable insights for key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive digital analytics reporting systems
- Align metrics across multiple reporting platforms to ensure consistent and meaningful insights
- Educate leadership on digital performance metrics and their strategic implications
- Create clear, compelling narrative presentations that translate data into actionable business intelligence
- Manage cross-functional projects related to digital customer insights
- Identify and track critical success metrics that drive business performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Detail-oriented professional
- Strong background in Marketing or Website Analytics
- Exceptional ability to make sense of complex data and organizational challenges
- Demonstrated skill in identifying and communicating key performance metrics
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with analytics platforms, including:
- Google Analytics
- Fullstory
- Pendo
- Tableau
