You Are:

As a Layout Manager, you are a dynamic leader with a deep technical understanding of custom and embedded memory layout. You possess a proven track record of managing and developing teams, driving project execution, and delivering high-quality results. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a team of Embedded Memory Layout individual contributors and supervisors.
• Planning and establishing goals and objectives for the team, tracking employee goals and career development pathways.
• Coordinating activities for optimal results, including cost management, methods implementation, and staffing.
• Ensuring the team delivers high-quality layout designs that meet performance, power, and size requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate layout designs into SoCs.
• Driving continuous improvement in layout methodologies and processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Advanced knowledge of Custom Layout and a deep understanding of Embedded Memory Layout.
• Practical experience in leading and managing people and executing processes and projects.
• Strong understanding of the full SoC design cycle with a focus on physical design.
• Proficiency in using CAD tools and methodologies for layout design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
