About the Role:
As an Install Base Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on account management and renewal where you will generate new revenue. You will articulate the value of our products to customers and be accountable for revenue retention motions including product contract renewals, upsell and expansion. We are looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder skills who can manage complex, deep relationships to help the customers uncover their challenges. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our CRM system.
