We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to lead the reliability functions for package development projects.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Owner of Reliability functions for package development projects with high competency on five core relevance Field Of Knowledge.
- First level reliability. - Good comprehension of first level reliability tests objectives, requirements, parameters and proficient in international specification (JEDEC, AEC, IPC)
- Package Integrity Tests. - Proficient in implementation of major reliability tests to project scope and requirements based on project Delta Analysis, FMEA...etc
- Internal package analysis. - Basic FA analysis tools, methods understanding and implementing to completed reliability stress test samples. Ability to derived completed reports & provide RQ expertise in proposals and recommendations.
- Chip/Package/Board Co-Design - Proficient in CPiB and it's implementation for a robust packaging reliability execution, qualification to product release.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) or Science(Chemistry / Physics / Material).
- With minimum 5 years of working experience in reliability engineering from semiconductor industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in technical writing and reporting.
- Hands-on experience on data analysis, statistical methods as well as data base handling.
