Responsibilities - Livestream Support: Provide onsite assistance for livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues in real-time. - Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Assist in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing new creators, helping them build their livestreaming presence and drive e-commerce success. - Campaign Execution: Support in planning and executing promotional livestream campaigns, working closely with creators and brands to optimize engagement and sales. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key livestream and creator performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. - Training & Development: Help provide insights, guidance, and best practices to new creators, ensuring they maximize their impact on TikTok Shop. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and partnerships) to execute strategic initiatives and improve livestream effectiveness. - Industry Research: Stay updated on competitor strategies, market trends, and best practices in the livestream and influencer marketing space.
Minimum Qualifications - Relevant major from university or past experience related to marketing, business, communications or a related field - Strong interest in livestreaming, creator development, and e-commerce. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with talents and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and e-commerce platforms. - Willingness to work onsite during livestream sessions Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in content creation, talent management, or live streaming is a plus.
