Salary: $22.00-$27.00
Cross-Department Coordinator, Orland, CA.
- Full-time position starting at $22.00-27.00/hour DOE.
- Monday through Friday, day shift!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with A/P, A/R, and Monthly Reconciliations
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics
- Ensure the proper issuing of sales and purchases contracts
- Prepare and Monitor shipment files
- Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- will train on company specific program
- Good attention to detail, motivated self starter
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
- Must have data entry, reporting and administrative writing skills
- Good customer service skills
