When you join us as an Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative II, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Answer and respond to all incoming inquiries for the Accounts Payable department via phone and email.
- Provide substantive answers to inquiries from vendors and internal customers in a timely and professional manner
- Research and process correspondence pertaining to accounts payable to include but not limited to: vendor statements, email inquiries, outstanding invoices, invoice discrepancies, prior balances due and outstanding checks.
- Serve as the accounting department assistant performing other job tasks as needed during peak times.
- Assist with reviewing, archiving, and retrieving documentation as needed for audit requests.
- Accurately process vendor invoices as assigned during peak times.
- Data Entry of invoices
- Proper GL coding for each invoice
- Review Approvals to submit items for processing
- Participate in projects, meetings, and/or training, as well as complete other assignments as requested by management.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Option 1:
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or payroll.
- Substitutions for Option 1:
- College course completion will substitute for the required experience on the basis of thirty semester hours for one year of experience, with job related courses.
- Experience with Excel, Great Plains and Basware software preferred.
- History of handling customer service inquiries preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
