What's exciting about the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, customer service oriented individual with a strong interest in technology. The job includes customer service, operation and maintenance. This is a varied role that in addition to the aforementioned areas could evolve to include service on payment solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support services to internal users.
  • Implementing hot-fixes and permanent solutions in the production environment.
  • Supporting development teams and collaborating with DevOps experts.
  • Managing and supporting the pre-production environment.
  • Monitoring integration and platforms.
  • Proposing and implementing improvement ideas.
  • Automating everything to avoid being a bottleneck or a man-in-the-middle.

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Possesses strong coding/scripting knowledge and practices.
  • Knowledge of C# or Groovy or Python.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps concepts, tools, and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) will be considered an advantage.
  • AWS or Azure knowledge will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins will be considered an advantage.
  • Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence, will be considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of the support process.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of English is required.
