TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across Europe. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. Responsibilities - Establish and manage client relationships - Drive deals to closure - Retain and grow revenue from advertisers - Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service - Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Experience working with brands in Spain. - Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus - Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team - Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals Preferred Qualifications: - Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations - Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
