Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
- Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and cash flow oversight.
- Lead IT enhancements, ERP system implementation, and data analytics.
- Develop HR policies, manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee benefits administration.
- Analyze business operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and mentor finance and HR teams, fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, IT, or HR; CPA preferred.
- Experience in financial management, IT systems, and HR practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
