We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst & Workflow Automation Engineer to support the section head in driving key performance deliverables, particularly in Quality, Productivity, and Speed, to contribute to the overall department and site objectives. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of delivered products, implementing consistent reporting systems, automating KPI dashboards, and managing data analysis tools and processes to improve operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tool-related issues, streamline workflows, and improve data analytics speed, yield, and quality.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Assist the section head in driving performance deliverables related to Quality, Productivity, and Speed, ensuring alignment with department and site targets.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of delivered products, meeting IFX quality standards through effective SBA, LOH assessment, and proper dispositioning of results.
- Set up consistent reporting systems and automate KPI dashboards for monitoring and data analysis. Analyze performance data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Establish systematic approaches to ensure the reliability of delivered products through the Test Firewall (including test program and recipe management).
- Work with FI/IT/PTE Cluster colleagues to resolve Camline tools related issues, and actively seek improvements to ensure smooth production processes and the achievement of segment targets.
- Lead and execute data management and analytics projects, ensuring the setup of automated workflows and the sustainment of data analysis tools/scripts to improve data analysis speed, yield, quality, and LOH (Loss of Hours) Rate.
- 8D Execution Support: Assist with FAR (Failure Analysis Report) data requisition and support 8D execution for lot history analysis, providing insights for corrective actions.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (Computer), Computer Science (Statistics/IT), or a comparable field.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and workflow automation within the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in Python programming, KNIME workflow automation, and SQL queries.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- We encourage fresh graduates with programming experience in Python, KNIME, and SQL to apply, as training and development opportunities are available.
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboarding (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
