Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Product to lead the development and expansion of AdPost. As the leader of the product team, you will define the strategic roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure AdPost continues to be the premier AI-driven lead generation solution for local businesses and publishers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver a seamless and effective platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs, focusing on AI-driven lead generation solutions for local businesses and publishers.
• Innovation & AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to enhance platform capabilities and drive superior results for customers.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with users, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure successful product adoption, positioning, and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive the successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and performance metrics to inform product decisions and continuously optimize for impact and efficiency.
• Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading AI-driven or SaaS-based products, preferably in lead generation, AdTech, or local business solutions.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product strategies and business outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and business leaders in an agile environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and a customer-first mindset.
