ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer.
  • Inspect card decks prior to play.
  • Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
  • Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed.
  • Complete rating cards for players.
  • Initiate and verify fills to tables.
  • Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions.
  • Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.
  • Serves as Box person on Craps games.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years or older.
