One Major game: $6500

Two Major games: $7000

Two Major games: (with craps) $8000

Three Major games (no craps): $8500

Three Major games (and one of the three is craps): $10,00

All major games (with craps): $10,000

Rate of Pay:

Dealer: 7.50+ per hour ($9 minimum per hour with Craps or 4 major games), (based on game knowledge) + Tips (approximately $17-$20 per hour)

Floor Supervisor: ($32.00/hr)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES DEALER:

Perform duties to deal assigned games and provide customer service in accordance with established policies and procedures. 

Supervise the Table Games staff within assigned area and ensure integrity of the table games. 

Ensure a friendly atmosphere, while providing excellent customer service.

Must have professional dealing experience.

Must be 21 years of age or older

Floor Supervisor: 

Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer. 

Inspect card decks prior to play. 

Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts. 

Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed. 

Complete rating cards for players. 

Initiate and verify fills to tables. 

Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval. 

Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures. 

Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures. 

Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions. 

Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms. 

Serves as Box person on Craps games. 

Other duties as assigned. 

Equivalent to a high school diploma with knowledge of game and dealing techniques. 

1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. (including dual rate experience)

Professional dealing experience required and must have the following combination of game knowledge:

  • Two major games offered at the Horseshoe which currently are Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
