Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customer service team as requested to ensure prompt and efficient resolution customer request.
• Accurately update customer information and required details as requested by customer service team.
• Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Contribute ideas for improving maintenance of data, records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
