We are in search of a talented and passionate individual to step into an expert role on Analog Mixed Signal Design within our new team. This position will be instrumental in shaping the growth and success of the team, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise and drive forward our commitment to advancing the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

As a Senior Staff Engineer for Analog Mixed Signal Design, you will be responsible for developing IC designs for leading mixed signal Integrated circuits for Memory Applications.

In your new role you will:

  • Design complex analog/mixed signal building blocks
  • Perform ASIC top level integration and verification from specification
  • Own work-package planning including effort estimation
  • Verify analog circuits by building testbenches and running simulations
  • Develop memory arrays and related circuitry such as X-decoders, Y-decoders
  • Develop memory supporting complex analog and custom blocks such as charge pumps, regulators, sense-amplifiers, band-gap, temperature detectors and more
  • Act as a reviewer for peer team members, helping to achieve the desired performance
  • Support other functions, e.g. circuit layout, concept engineering, post silicon verification, product qualification
  • Mentor younger analog design engineers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or similar or equivalent degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
  • Excellent understanding of Bi/CMOS/power semiconductor devices; Knowledge of memories operation is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of integrated circuits functionality and design techniques
  • Excellent knowledge about measurement and verification of electronic circuits
  • Basic knowledge in programming
  • Team player and active driver, willing to get things done
  • Previous experience in automotive area as a plus
  • Fluency in English
