Join us. --- About The Global Product & RD team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. The Global Product team is growing exponentially. The business lines are ranging from Monetization Technology, Data, Machine Learning, System, Infrastructure, AR Effects, Security Technology and more. --- About the team The TikTok Privacy & Responsibility Product division's goal is to meet all of our privacy, responsibility and compliance requirements while providing the best user experience to responsibly consume, create, and enjoy content on TikTok. --- Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key user privacy issues and develop a roadmap; - Establish consistent privacy principles and practices across different teams; - Work directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts to deliver privacy features; - Provide recommendations for new feature development and product roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Over 3 years of experience in product management or user experience design, with experience in building privacy features and platforms in consumer or entertainment companies; - Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, especially in cross-functional and global roles; - Experience in conducting product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis. --- Preferred Qualifications Experience in privacy or technical law, policy, procedures, or other related fields is preferred. --- TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
