About this Position
Application engineer who provides technical support for Henkel’s electronics market materials product lines (especially Camera Module and Components)
What you'll do
- Technically lead developmental and commercialized products by optimization of material application processes, and directly interact with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems
- Solve technology-specific fundamental problems associated with entire product lines and/or product classes by novel approaches to application process development, troubleshooting, and material characterization
- Hands on test using applicational and analytical equips
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields is required
- Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in chemical industry for electronic applications or CCM (Compact Camera Module) environment is preferred
- Good understanding for the latest CCM trends is required
- Korean is must and intermediate level in English is preferred (email communication in English is enough to apply)
- Strong data analysis skill, time management skills, strong verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal skills
- Collaboration as a team, able to work independently on multi-task assignments, successfully self-directs project work, strong ownership and responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, commitment to deliver the highest level of quality work consistently
