Job Duties:

  • Keep lab and employees in compliance with safety requirements including annual training/certification
  • Handle lab projects required by R&D
  • Keep all areas in lab clean, floors, walls
  • Keep all lighting, inside and out functioning
  • Handle all CASLink faults and keep CASLink functioning on all equipment
  • Maintain oversight for any contractors working on site
  • Responsible for answering front door
  • Responsible for loading/unloading trucks
  • Responsible for handling catered lunches
  • Receive/ship orders for future parts hub

Job Requirements:

  • Basic electrical knowledge required
  • HVAC, HVAC/R knowledge a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools

Salary:
