You Are:

You are a highly skilled and motivated ASIC Digital Design Senior Engineer with a passion for RTL verification. You have a dynamic personality and are eager to learn and drive Pre-silicon verification activities. Your hands-on experience in RTL verification and good understanding of RTL sets you apart. You have exposure to Gate Level Verification, which is desirable. You are adept at mentoring team members and tracking projects within your team as a Tech Lead, and you excel in developing functional verification environments, test plans, and test cases. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you thrive in a diverse team environment. With your experience in industry-standard development and verification tools and methodologies, as well as your familiarity with VMM, OVM/UVM, and System Verilog, you are ready to take on new challenges and make a significant impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mentoring team members and tracking projects within the team as a Tech Lead, as needed.
• Developing functional verification environments (Test benches) and making enhancements.
• Creating and implementing test plans and test cases, including coverage and assertion planning.
• Implementing checkers, assertions, random test generators, high-level transactional models, and bus functional models (BFMs).
• Performing simulation, random and focused stimulus generation, and coverage analysis.
• Developing architecture and micro-architecture knowledge of the complex digital design block(s) under test.

• Helping Synopsys maintain its leadership in chip design, verification, and IP integration.

What You’ll Need:

• Background in pre-silicon verification of complex PHY IPs (PCIe Gen 1/2/3/4/5, USB 3.0/3.1, SATA, DisplayPort, MIPI PHY), ASIC, or SoC designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard development and verification tools and methodologies.
• Experience with VMM, OVM/UVM, and System Verilog.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with formal verification, System Verilog Assertions, and coverage implementation and analysis is a plus.
