Job Summary: The HLRP Business Intelligence team is tasked with aligning with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance and Product to effectively monetize our data assets. We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead complex analytical projects and drive innovation in data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of solving complex analytical problems and leveraging machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will engage in advanced data tasks that contribute substantially to achieving team objectives. Your analytical proficiency and adept use of visualization tools will drive insights that reveal important business trends. By collaborating with management to define opportunities and interpreting complex datasets, you help shape data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve complex analytical problems using advanced data science techniques.
• Lead projects involving recommender systems, customer segmentation, product bundling, and price sensitivity measurement.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms such as Collaborative Filtering, Apriori, Market Basket Analysis, and various clustering techniques.
• Skilled in Python, PostgreSQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and currently upskilling in PySpark and financial problems.

Qualifications:

Experience-6+ Years

• Proven experience as an Analytics Consultant with a focus on data science and complex problem-solving.
• Strong technical skills in Python, PostgreSQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science techniques.
• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
