The Equipment Development Engineering (EDE) team is dedicated to delivering innovative equipment solutions and manufacturing technologies that align with Industry 4.0 standards. Our comprehensive process encompasses design, development, qualification, and integration. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and develop automation equipment and processes. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and project management expertise.

About the role - you will:

  • Lead team to develop, mature, integrate, and implement new equipment automation machines and process technology for the factory, ensuring effective communication and compliance with industry standards.
  • Define CTQs in maturity checklists, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data fault analysis, exploratory data analysis, and simulation techniques.
  • Mentor junior engineers and train them in advanced automation technologies and precision engineering.
  • Apply Six Sigma and Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) principles.

About you:

  • Master's Degree or higher in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotic Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience with equipment/process development and integration.
  • 1-3 years of experience with motion controller, computer vision, pneumatic, data statistic tools.
  • TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, with a “can-do” attitude and an open mindset.

Your experience includes:

  • Advanced understanding of engineering principles and equipment automation.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data analysis, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence for equipment.
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
  • Experience working in TGA, HGA, and Drive assembly
