About the Team:
The FBS Relationship Manager is responsible for onboarding existing sellers onto the Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) program, managing relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring seamless seller support. The role involves analyzing seller performance, developing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize fulfillment operations.
Job Description:
- Seller Onboarding & Management: Engage, educate, and support sellers in adopting FBS
- Issue Resolution: Address seller concerns and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Business Planning & Analysis: Monitor seller performance, optimize operations, and drive order growth
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve fulfillment efficiency
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheets is required)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Experience in e-commerce, account management, or seller operations would be an added advantage
- Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage
